Module 4: Shift Fitness Training

FITNESS TRAINING – This is what it sounds like, personal training, to help you learn the system, and keep you on track to increasing your fitness level until such time as you are able to do it alone, and sustain the level of intensity that will give you results.  Our system is amazing, one of the best in the world, it was created by me and 2 Olympic Gold Medalists, and the beauty of it is that you can do a 2 hour workout in just 23 minutes, with the same or better results, and no equipment is required.  We can do it in your condo gym, in your suite, or on the beach.  This workout takes the “I have no time” excuse away forever.   We will working out with you, either in your home, office, or at our downtown fitness facility partner’s location, twice a week 48 weeks of the years.
