The Body Assessments consists of an INITIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT, an ongoing series of BI-MONTHLY FITNESS ASSESSMENTS, CUSTOMIZED INITIAL NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT, and an ongoing series of QUARTERLY NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENTS.
INITIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT -- This will give us a strong sense of your current fitness level, where you are strong, where you are weak, and thus where we need to lay our emphasis in customizing your training program so that you get the best results, quickly. The value of this is that it helps you understand where you are at, and that makes it easier to move forward to where you want to go. We will rank you in the 6 critical categories:
The BI-MONTHLY FITNESS ASSESSMENT will track your progress across these six categories over time, so that you can see where you are improving, and where you need to focus more intensely.
THE INITIAL NUTRITIONAL & EATING ASSESSMENT, & EATING PLAN – Our professional nutritionist will work with you to help you develop a custom eating plan that will enhance your health and fitness, elevate your energy, and make you look and feel great. This plan is not one created for men and women in your age, income, and ethnic bracket. It is a CUSTOM plan, made for YOU. It will assess what is going in you body: are you eating the rights foods? Are you getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals for optimal health? Are your hormones properly balanced, or are they causing you to retain weight, lose muscle, and be prone to mood swings? There are 2 initial assessments required to get at this, plus 4 follow-up QUARTERLY NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENTS.
It is critical for you to get a picture of what you are eating for at least a week, as it will help you understand what foods are giving you energy and vitality to burn, and what foods are ruthlessly sapping it.
Based on the results of your initial 2 assessments, we will provide you with a comprehensive eating plan, along with tracking sheets, to help you track and measure your daily food consumption in detail. 80% of your success depends on how well you eat: sticking to eating the right foods, at the right times, in the right portions. This also means drinking plenty of water.
